02 · Strategy & content plan
We prepare a monthly topic list, hook lines and a posting calendar, and submit them for your approval.
03 · Shoot day
We arrive with lighting, sound and teleprompter ready. No memorizing needed; all of the month's videos are filmed in a single shoot day.
04 · Editing & post-production
Silence removal, dynamic cuts, color, sound, captions; plus AI and 3D scenes when needed.
05 · Approval & revisions
We share the videos as previews. You send your revisions in a single list with timecodes.
06 · Publishing & reporting
Scheduled posting, ad management and a monthly report; every month better than the last.
What happens on shoot day?
We prepare everything in advance so the day is enjoyable for you, not exhausting.

- Professional lighting and wireless microphone
- Teleprompter with scripts ready

What we need from you
- A date set 3 business days before the shoot
- A quiet, tidy room if possible
- 1–2 outfits for different videos
- About 1–2 hours of your time

Payment
- Monthly packages are invoiced at the start of each month
- Film and web projects: 50% on approval, 50% on delivery
- All prices exclude VAT
Term & discounts
- Minimum 3-month engagement
- 5% off a 6-month agreement, 10% off a 12-month agreement
- Unused video credits roll over for 1 month
Rights & responsibilities
- Account and domain access belongs to you
- Ad budget is paid directly to Meta
- For health content, medical accuracy and patient consent are the physician's responsibility
Questions about the process.
How long does a shoot day take?
All of the month's videos are usually filmed in 1–2 hours. Since we use a teleprompter, there's nothing to memorize.
What if I need to cancel a shoot?
Shoots are scheduled at least 3 business days in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before count as a used shoot day.
Can I see the videos before they go live?
Yes. Every video comes to you as a preview first; nothing is published without your approval.
How do I receive reports?
Every month we share a simple report covering reach, engagement, messages and appointment conversions.
